Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Digital Fasting (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
Digital Fasting is an iOS application that tracks the duration of your overnight phone fast. The App is provided by Vectorate LLC (“we”, “us”).
The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not operate servers, collect personal data, or require an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Free and Pro
The App is free to download and use. Optional Pro features are available as a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and Apple’s refund policies.
4. Your Data
All fasting data is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute or sublicense the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
6. Health Disclaimer
Digital Fasting is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App tracks phone usage behavior only. It does not monitor sleep quality, health metrics, or biological functions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at digitalfasting.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
